We match caregivers based on care needs, schedule, personality, preferences, and values — not just availability. This helps create stronger, more comfortable care relationships.
Will my loved one have the same caregiver every visit?
Whenever possible, we assign no more than two primary caregivers to promote consistency and trust.
Can we request a specific type of caregiver?
Yes. Families may request preferences related to personality, communication style, language, cultural background, or gender.
What if the match doesn’t feel right?
Your comfort matters. If adjustments are needed, we work with you to find a better match.
Do caregivers receive information about our preferences?
Yes. Caregivers receive a matching summary that outlines routines, preferences, and important notes before care begins
